Magnesium enriched with vitamin B6 forms a very effective combination of mineral and vitamin, supporting many important processes in our body. Magnesium is even indispensable for many of them and its deficiency can start to affect us creeping. It is therefore not a bad idea to supplement this mineral systematically. Vitamin B6 is the common name of three pyridine derivatives - pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine, and its use is also important for the function of many enzymes.
Magnesium is found in our bodies mainly in bones, teeth and to a lesser extent in blood and tissues. It is not rocket science for its levels to start dropping. This can be caused by an unbalanced diet, synthetic drugs, but also by increased exercise, playing sports and working out, and last but not least, by unsustainable farming. Unfortunately, the cheap form of magnesium, oxide, is not available to the body. For this reason we use the citrate form for the best possible absorption. Magnesium contributes to a reduction in the level of fatigue and exhaustion, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles, but also to normal mental activity.
Vitamin B6 is a vitamin from the broad B group, contributing to normal homocysteine, protein and glycogen metabolism, as well as normal energy metabolism and normal immune system function. Among other things, it is beneficial for reducing the level of fatigue and exhaustion.
